Project management: large-scale events are our daily business.

Thousands of square metres, dozens of suppliers, tight build-up deadlines: we handle the entire logistics chain so your event opens on time.

Overall coordination

A dedicated project manager, a shared timeline and a single point of contact for all your suppliers.

Transport & storage

Preparation in our warehouses in Longjumeau, Chartres and Orléans, delivery, and storage between editions.

Build-up & dismantling

Supervised crews, site access schedules, and strict compliance with the organiser's time slots.

04 · beMatrix & CSR

beMatrix: recognised expertise, a responsible choice.

We hold a very large stock of beMatrix system components and a command of its possibilities recognised by the manufacturer. For you, that means responsiveness, made-to-measure configurations and a stand you can reuse from one show to the next.

Stock

Over 3,000 frames available. With 90 m² of mezzanines, glass walls and 600 m² of raised flooring, we can equip very large spaces without relying on a rental company.

Know-how

Recognised by the manufacturer. Our teams know the system inside out: complex configurations, double-deckers, integrated lighting and screens.

Options

Dry hire or turnkey. We deliver the equipment, or we design, build and dismantle for you.

Reuse

A structure that lasts. Frames are reconfigured from one event to the next; only the fabric graphics change.

We chose beMatrix as our construction system because it replaces throwaway stands with a durable structure. The aluminium frames are assembled, dismantled and reconfigured from one event to the next. Only the fabric graphics change.
